Create files or pages named
"_header" and
"_footer" In your root (main) directory
example:
root:/_header
root:/_footer
NOTE: _header and _footer content is added OUTSIDE of the pages [align:] tags and so you should include code to align the content.
If your _header and _footer are HTML pages only the content INSIDE the _header / _footer pages [align:] tag is used.
DO NOT use the align block from the building tool in the _header / _footer page or you will cause errors in your code.
